1: Get a manicure & a pedicure.

Feeling good about you is the key to feeling sexy, and I have to admit I feel absolutely gorgeous after having my nails done. It’s just so feminine!!

2: Buy yourself some sexy lingerie.

The feel of sexy soft material on our bodies reminds us that we are amazing and sexy women. Get out and buy something that makes you feel sexy and frisky (like Totally Sexy Lingerie’s Sexy Sets) and wear them to surprise your man, just when he expects you to be wearing the comfy pjs you always wear.

3: Get enough sleep.

I know from experience, when your tired your not 100%. This affects every aspect of your life. If all else fails squeeze in a power nap to refresh you for the rest of your busy day.

Once you have that sexy lingerie on, enjoy taking it off in style!  Your partner will absolutely go crazy, and in turn you will feel like a sex goddess.

5: Exercise.

The idea of making you strip makes you sweat and cringe? I know we hate it, but exercise really does make us feel sexy & fit. Exercise gets your blood moving and believe it or not, gets you in the mood. And even if you don’t have access to a gym, you can work out at home to some fun DVDs!

Turn on the hot water, pour in some fabulously scented bubble bath, light as many candles as you dare, put on some romantic music and spend a luxurious hour in the bath with the one you love. Keep some massage oil or body lotion ready and waiting to use on each other’s entire body once you get out.

7: Get a new smell for your body.

Feeling sexy is not always about having sex!! You need the kisses, cuddles, hugs and little touches throughout the day. Flirting will help keep your relationship alive outside the bedroom, but don’t forget it makes great foreplay also.

How to be sexy regardless of how you feel

We all face it - sheer exhaustion.  You know, those days when you’re so tired that sexy longerie never crosses your mind - all you can do is think about how many more minutes you have to endure before you can go home and take a nap.  How is a girl supposed to be sexy and adorable when she’s exhausted, bloated, or just not feeling well?

Surely it’s not reasonable to expect us to look stunning and glamorous, to speak with wit and charm, and to have sex appeal coming out the nose on days like this, right?

But the truth is, you can be sexy even when you feel like crap.  The key is confidence in who you are.  Some tips: sit up straighter in your chair, and push your shoulders back.  Sit like you know you’re a confident and successful woman.  That posture alone reeks of sex appeal.  Another thing you can do is to remember to relax your facial muscles.  Sometimes when we feel so badly, we frown and crease our forehead into frown lines, and if we remember to relax we’ll automatically soften our look.
